My Experience: A Journey of Four Parts

The Camino Coaching session I attended lasted about two and a half hours and was split into four parts. With 20 participants and five coaches, there was plenty of opportunity for connection and individualized guidance.

The first segment was a short, casual walk with someone we didn’t know. It wasn’t yet about coaching but about breaking the ice and creating an open, trusting atmosphere.
